Hours: 36 hours per week
Fife Intensive Rehabilitation and Substance Misuse Team (FIRST) provides a Fife-wide rehabilitation service to clients with substance misuse problems via one to one appointments, groupwork and volunteer support.
The service is currently looking to appoint a temporary Service Administrator.
They are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work within their busy Administration Team. Candidates should:- Be computer literate and be competent in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Have experience of data input;
- Be competent in taking Minutes of Meetings;
- Have experience of working in a busy office environment;
- Possess excellent time management skills;
- Have the ability to prioritise workloads and multitask whilst also dealing with day to day enquiries.
Candidates should be qualified to HNC/D level.
