    Post: Housing Officer
    Salary: £27,247 - £30,210 per annum plus casual car user allowance
    Hours: 36 Hours Per Week


    Kingdom Housing Association is a leading provider of housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. They are looking for a people person who is seeking a challenge to be part of the Housing Management team in the East of Fife. If you have relevant experience with a Registered Social Landlord/Local Council/Property Management company (in arrears, voids control, neighbour disputes and tenant participation), have a commitment to providing a top class service to customers, hold a current driving licence and the use of a car for work then they would like to hear from you.

    The nature of the job will involve some evening and weekend work.

    Applicants should have experience of working with the public in a housing setting, have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous. This post is subject to a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
