Fife Health and Wellbeing Alliance (FHWA) has limited funding to strengthen work to reduce health inequalities in Fife.
**SECOND ROUND**
Applications for a one-off grant from FHWA are invited from third sector initiatives aimed at understanding and/or meeting the health and wellbeing needs of key groups. Funds must be used for new or different activity, not to support ‘business as usual’.
- Initiatives must be from third sector organisations (community groups, voluntary organisations, charities or social enterprises);
- Contribute to one or two of the outcomes of Fairer Health for Fife – Fife’s health inequalities strategy 2015-20 target key groups that experience health inequalities;
- Build in effective mechanisms for gathering information about what the funding has been used for and its impact.
Applications for amounts up to a maximum of £5,000 will be considered.
Priority will be given to projects which demonstrate how they will use the health inequalities checklist to strengthen their organisation’s contribution to reducing health inequalities.
The deadline for applications is Friday 25 March 2016.
