An exciting opportunity has arisen to deliver their successful and innovative Recovery through Nature programme. Phoenix Futures’ Recovery through Nature Scotland team are looking for a part time team member who is passionate, dynamic and self-motivated to deliver interventions through various methods incorporating the outdoor environment.
Therapeutic group work can be a powerful tool and they are looking for someone to use their skills and experience to enhance service delivery and help support the culture of recovery created within an outdoor learning environment. Knowledge of developing and maintaining effective working partnerships with a variety of agencies will be key to this role.
Phoenix Futures require a team member who is a natural responsive leader, who can keep the group lively and ensure that members are being continuously and meaningfully engaged. You will be required to vary therapeutic styles based on the needs of clients, role model positive behaviour and improve motivation and overcome resistance.
