Managing staff or working on the frontline as part of the caring workforce can be challenging, demanding and stressful. Mindfulness has been proven to be an effective way to reduce stress and improve mental resilience when dealing with the demands of a front line job.

This workshop will provide an opportunity to find out more about mindfulness, including learning about how to 'do' mindfulness. They will give a talk about mindfulness and do some exercises such as mindful eating, sitting meditation and mindful movement.

The workshop is suitable for any staff who would like to know more about mindfulness and its potential benefits.
