    Course Aims:

    Upon completion of the course, the learner will have in-depth knowledge of the following:-

    • What meetings are and why we have them;
    • The importance of an agenda;
    • The key elements in an agenda;
    • What minutes are and why they are needed;
    • Different styles of note taking;
    • How to produce appropriate minutes of a meeting.
