Have you got clothes that you used to love but no longer fit or need repairing? Would you like to be able to repair and alter your clothes yourself?
The third class in Greener Kirkcaldy's sew and repair programme is all about repairing clothes and will focus on hemming and shortening. Their sewing experts will teach you the skills to make these simple alterations so you can reuse your favourite clothes for longer. The class is suitable for beginners starting out with repairing clothes, or those looking to refresh their skills.
Please bring along an item of clothing that you would like to practise on, other tools and equipment will be supplied. Booking is required as spaces are limited.
This is part of a 6 week programme of classes offering you the chance to learn basic skills to sew, repair and upcycle your clothes.
