    Support Practitioner
    Salary: £15,193 per annum pro rata

    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading voluntary organisation, supporting people with a broad range of needs to live in their own homes, as part of their community. Although we support over 2800 people throughout Scotland, we are committed to delivering services that recognise people as individuals and treat them with dignity and respect.

    They are currently looking to increase our staff resource in Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy and are looking for people who can help our supported individuals to achieve their own positive outcomes. Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy are part of our Central Fife Services where staff support individuals to live in their own homes. You will be part of a trained committed team, supporting individuals with a variety of needs some more complex and may have a physical or learning disability and have a variety of support needs.

    Due to the nature of the flexi team you will be working as part of a team and at times on your own. We are looking to recruit at least 1 new staff member (39 hours per week) to join the team and if you are fit and healthy this could be the opportunity for you. There is a requirement for you to have flexibility for the hours of work. If you are looking for part-time and can be flexible then this could still be the ideal service for you.

    It would be essential that you are able to drive as some people they support have mobility cars and you would need access to your own car as at times there is a need to travel from location to location during your working day.

    No care experience is necessary for these positions as full training is provided which includes class room based, e-learning and person specific training.
