  • Glenrothes Pain Awareness Support Group - Chronic Pain Sufferers

    Created: 10/05/2016
    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 2.00 - 4.00pm, Monday 06 June 2016
Where: Rothes Halls, Rothes Square, Glenrothes KY7 5NX

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

This group is for chronic pain sufferers no matter what your health condition is. The meetings take place on Mondays on a fortnightly basis at the Rothes Halls in room 3/4. They are a self-help group run by people who suffer chronic pain. It would be great to welcome people who need help and advice but most importantly a friend who understands what living with pain 24/7 is like.

They have many discussions from relaxation, how pain affects home life, friends and family, depression to name but a few. From time to time they also have guest speakers from Reiki to Craft.

Please contact Sandra by either telephone: 07731 430 381 or e-mail: [email protected] for further information.
