The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading voluntary organisation, supporting people with a broad range of needs to live in their own homes, as part of their community. They are an organisation driven by strong values and a firm commitment to choice, dignity and social inclusion. Although they support over 2800 people throughout Scotland, they are committed to delivering services that recognise people as individuals and treat them with dignity and respect; just like we would all want ourselves.

They are currently looking to increase their staff resource in Levenmouth and are looking for people who can help their supported individuals to achieve their own positive outcomes. They are therefore looking to recruit at least 8 new staff member to join the team. If you're fit and healthy with a wide range of personal interests and activities, and are willing to share your community contacts with those you support, this could be the opportunity for you.

Levenmouth is part of their North East Fife Services where staff supports individuals to live in their own homes. You may be working on your own and have to use your own initiative due to the location of this service. The people here have a very active social life and enjoy getting out and about. You could be supporting them to go walking, to the theatre or out for a meal. They also like meeting up with friends and family. Whilst in the service, people like listening to music, watching television or taking part in arts and craft activities. No two days are the same, so be prepared.

There are 8 full time posts available, but this service is all about being flexible, so if you are looking for part time but can be flexible then this could still be the ideal service for you. It would be essential that you are able to drive for driving mobility cars and it would be desirable that you have access to a car due to the rural nature of the service with only bus links.

To apply please visit their website by clicking here. The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is an Equal Opportunities Employer. Charity No: SC021621

The closing date for applications is Friday 15 July 2016.
