Introduction Mindfulness is a technique for learning to live in the present moment with greater awareness. Practicing mindfulness can help you develop greater resilience to stress, a greater sense of wellbeing, and greater compassion towards yourself and others.

This course aims to enable you to explore the connection with the natural world to cultivate mindfulness. Mindfulness techniques and self-compassion will be taught together to improve both your mental and physical wellbeing and to help you relate to others with greater wisdom and confidence.

Please note: this course will be held outdoors. For more info and to book a place, please click here.
