Health Promotion Training Programme 2016/17
Created: 22/07/2016 News/Events Category: General News
The 2016-2017 edition of the Health Improvement Training Programme is now available. It features a wide range of free training courses aimed at helping all those working in Fife to contribute towards building a fairer, healthier Fife.
Whether you want to know more about helping people to make positive changes to their lives, local projects that provide support in areas such as fuel poverty or getting more active, specific topics such as drugs and alcohol, sexual health or how you can help people to look after their mental health, the Health Improvement Training Programme has something for you.
The training programme is managed by Health Promotion Fife on behalf of Fife's Health and Wellbeing Alliance but as always, relies on the commitment and contribution of a wide range of partners from across NHS Fife, the voluntary sector, Fife Council, Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, and others.
Some of the courses such as safeTALK, Health Behaviour Change and Reducing Health Inequalities can be delivered in-house to meet the needs of specific services.
