Support Practitioner - (8 x posts available)
Location: Levenmouth Area
Hours: 39 hours per week, part-time and full-time roles available
Salary: £15,193 per annum (pro rata) plus enhanced sleepover rate if applicable
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading voluntary organisation, supporting people with a broad range of needs, including mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, dementia, autism or behaviour deemed as challenging.
They also provide support to individuals who have had contact with the Criminal Justice System, who will require intensive support to successfully live in their own homes as part of the community. Although they support over 2800 people throughout Scotland, they are committed to delivering services that recognise people as individuals. They are currently looking to increase their staffing in the Levenmouth Area and are looking for people who can help the supported individuals achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
You will be required to work a range of shifts including weekends e.g. Day shift, back shift, waking night and sleepovers. You will join an experienced team, and receive excellent training, including a VQ in Social Care.
Relevant experience is desirable, however if you are new to care, and have the ability to get along with people, practical life skills and common sense this could be an exciting new rewarding career opportunity.
