Post: Environmental Employability Project Officer
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £28,000 per annum, initially to 31 March 2017
A position for an Environmental Employability Project Officer is vacant within Silverburn Estate in Leven and the wider area.
The job will involve:
Responsibility for leading and managing the workload of a group of unemployed people (learners) and provide ongoing support and training to the group
Working proactively with partner agencies to assist learners who experience multiple and complex barriers which exclude them from accessing and sustaining employment, education and training
Liaising and working closely with FEAT Trading CIC and wider partnership staff to match the needs of the learners in an employability environment.
Base camp is Silverburn Estate, Leven, however, activities will take place on site and a variety of other locations in Central Fife.
