It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Fife Federation of Tenants and Residents is organising a seminar for tenants in Fife which will focus on value.

The Seminar should enable tenants to ask or understand:
    • What their rents pay for
    • How their rent compares with other landlords' rents in Fife
    • How their rent compares with rents of other council homes in Scotland
    • What is understood by the term "affordable rent"
    • How average social Housing rent compares to average social housing tenant incomes
    • How value for money can be measured where their rent is concerned
    • Where and how can they get answers to those questions
