    Post: Technical Officer
    Hours: 35 per week

Ore Valley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord and is the parent organisation of the Ore Valley Group, which owns and manages around 700 homes for rent in Fife.

They are recruiting for a Technical Officer to join them as a key member of staff within a small dedicated team. Your role will include the delivery of a high quality maintenance and repairs service.

Candidates will be required to be organised, forward-thinking, conscientious, friendly and be willing to align with the values of the Association. The successful candidate will provide and facilitate a range of maintenance and repairs services to tenants and ensure that this service is of high quality and value for money. This is a broad based role so a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn is essential, as is the need for the candidate to be able to take ownership of their workload and deliver to deadlines.

Benefits include 25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays, flexi-time scheme and contributory pension scheme.

The closing date for applications is 12 o'clock on Friday 16 September 2016 and interviews will be held Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 September 2016.
