Aims and objectives
Fairway fife is a peer mentoring project for young adults with disabilities. Our aim is to encourage the young adults to access social and leisure facilities within their own communities and strive towards living their dreams through the support of young non-disabled adults of the same age. We want to make a positive difference by recruiting professionally supported committed volunteers who can support our young adults on their exciting journey. Using a variety of activities as a vehicle where caring relationships can be formed, both young adults and peer mentors lives may be enhanced from the benefits gained, helping them to achieve their highest potential.
