    Important Information

    We will aim to contact you within 2 working days to confirm an appointment with you. If the date and time we offer does not suit you, we will change it to suit you. We can't always guarantee the day and time you might want due to a range of factors including how busy we are, availability of venues or volunteers and so on.

    You will need to pay for your session when you attend. The cost is £10. We will provide you with a receipt.

    If you are unable to attend your appointment then please don't worry, just get in touch with us to let us know and we'll make another appointment for you.
