    Post: Senior Support Worker

    Hours: 39 per week

    Salary: £21,229 (Unqualified), £21,794 (Qualified)

    In this role, you will be an integral member of the support team contributing to working in a fast paced environment, working to deadlines, chairing meetings, liaising with families, social work and health professionals and ensuring a high quality of care and support for individuals with autism and challenging behaviour. This service will require you to be trained in CALM-Crisis, Aggression, Limitation and Management and physical intervention techniques, if you have not had any training this will be provided to you.

    A current driving license, business insurance and the use of a car for work purposes are essential. The posts are subject to a PVG Disclosure check. The cost of membership is borne by you.
