To give participants the opportunity to learn about the content of the KnowFife Dataset and the KnowFife Partnership Hub website and how to use the different functions themselves and get involved with and influence the ongoing development of Hub.
The KnowFife Databset and Partnership Hub contain a wide range of statistics and demographic data that are very useful for organisations.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course participants will have:
- Increased knowledge of the aims of the Hub and developments so far
- Learned how to find particular research material or learning resources on the Hub website
- Increased awareness of the wide range of local and national information held in the KnowFife Dataset
- Learned how to use the KnowFife Dataset to access and investigate data
- Learned how to produce area profiles, interactive thematic maps, and know how to create tables, maps and charts

Those who have a need for information about local areas or neighbourhoods in their work or have a professional interest in research and/or information intelligence.
