Scottish Government - Community Audiology Questionnaire
Created: 13/06/2018The Scottish Government, in collaboration with the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) and the Scottish Health Council, has been carrying out some scoping work to gather views and experiences on the delivery of, and access to, community audiology services across Scotland. This work aims to inform the development of the Scottish Government’s policy on the enhancement of community audiology services in Scotland, and how community audiology services are delivered across the country.
As part of the work to identify what may be needed the Scottish Government is seeking views from Service Users, 3rd Sector (voluntary/community based) Organisations and Professionals including NHS Audiology and See Hear Strategy leads in local areas.
To complete this work, the Scottish Government has requested that a focussed collection of information from the 3rd Sector is undertaken that identifies what community audiology services are currently being delivered by 3rd sector Organisations.
They would appreciate 5 – 10 minutes of your time and your agreement to provide them with information about community audiology services your Organisation may be providing, what those services are and where and how they are being delivered.
By completing the questionnaire you are providing The ALLIANCE and The Scottish Government with permission to share this information which may be in a public setting.
