    Markinch After School Kids Club are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated enthusiastic play worker who enjoys working with primary aged children.

    The successful candidate must be able to cover breakfast (7.15am – 9.15am), after school (2.30pm - 6.00pm). School holidays will be 7.15am – 6.00pm.

    The post is regulated work with children and is subject to the provisions of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act 2007. The successful applicant must be or agree to become a member of the PVG scheme.

    Applicants should be registered or eligible to register as a Practitioner with the Scottish Social Services Council, the professional register for early education and childcare workers. The qualification criteria for practitioner is an award at SCQF Level 7. Consideration will also be given to applicants who have experience of working with young children, who show commitment to gaining a relevant qualification and becoming registered.
