    Safer Routes to School is funded by Scottish Government and delivered by Sustrans Scotland in partnership with local authorities and schools for the creation of safer cycling and walking infrastructure around schools - enabling more young people to travel actively to school every day. They will prioritise projects that create friendlier places for children to walk, cycle or scoot to school, incorporating behaviour change interventions that equip them with the skills and confidence to do so.
