    Location: Kirkcaldy and Dysart
    Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hpw 
    Salary: £25,730 - £38,187 (pro rata for part-time)

    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland are currently looking for a full time Team Manager to join their Central and West Fife team. You will be responsible for services in the Kirkcaldy and Dysart area. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented with key partnership forums.

    The post holder will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.

    The Team Manager will provide dynamic leadership to their Senior Support Workers and staff teams focusing on measurable quality outcomes for both the staff teams and the individuals supported. A large part of the service provides support to people within the Criminal Justice system; therefore it is essential that you have had previous experience in this environment. The Team Manager will manage a range of resources, including financial to meet service and organisational demands.  You will also take part in the local On Call rota on a rotational basis.

    It is essential for this post that you have a driving license and access to a vehicle. Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism and complex needs; the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative; the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload; and the abilities to work closely with a range of staff, individuals that we support and the multi-disciplinary are required for this role.

    It is essential that the post holder achieves a relevant qualification for the post as defined by the Scottish Social Services Council - an SVQ 3 Care. An SVQ 4 in Care / Management would be an advantage.
