News/Events Category: Funding and FinanceLoans of between £30,000 and £1 million are available to Housing Associations and Housing Co-operatives to install energy-saving measures with the aim of progressing properties towards the required Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) standard.
The loan can also be used to cover activities related to, or required in advance of, the installation of energy efficiency improvements (such as repairs to roofs in advance of the installation of loft insulation).
