    Post: Learning and Development Manager

    Hours: 37 per week

    Salary: £43,331 - £47,344

    You will lead and manage Community Partnerships as required by the Community Learning and Development Regulations and Statutory Guidance. Oversee and manage the implementation of Community Partnerships within the council’s community centres and funded projects; including Asset transfer. This will include the provision of comprehensive programmes activities and learning opportunities in Community Centres.

    You will have experience in Staff and service management experience in CLD, Strategic and Service Budget planning, monitoring and high level reporting. Partnership and inter-disciplinary working; including community partners. You will require identification and analyses to inform service delivery and have knowledge of relevant national and local policies.
