    Fife Cultural Trust are looking for Volunteers who would like to unearth stories about their local area which might never have been recorded before. They are looking for volunteers who would like to contribute to this project and gain experience in oral history interviewing, recording, summarising and transcribing interviews.

    Volunteers will:

    • Meet new people in their local community who have a story to tell;
    • Carry out first hand research by speaking to people who have lived and worked in Dunfermline during the last century. Record stories that might never have been told;
    • Make a real contribution to the new Dunfermline Museum and Art Gallery Project and play an important role in improving information about our collections;
    • Become part of a friendly and enthusiastic team;
    • Learn new skills and build your CV.
