LINK East East Fife Mental Health Befriending Project are looking for volunteers. If you can spare at least a couple of hours fortnightly and would like to befriend an adult who has become isolated through mental health problems they would love to hear from you.

You might find yourself golfing, going to the gym, walking, going to the cinema, attending a class together or just having a coffee and a chat. There are many benefits to volunteering including training, ongoing support, out of pocket expenses and group events and it can help you into work.

Training will start around November (dates to be confirmed).

If you are interested or simply want to find out more please contact Senga Smith, Project Co-ordinator on 01382 903215/07922 367649 or e-mail [email protected]
