News/Events Category: VolunteeringIncludeME are looking for a Volunteer Trustee/Secretary to their Committee.
Main Tasks:
- Become familiar with the work of IncludeME in general and Advocacy services in the local area in particular;
- Maintain the group's administrative systems including, but not limited to: minutes of meetings, records of events and an up-to-date list of group members and contacts ensuring that records comply with data protection guidelines provided in the Handbook;
- Support the Chairperson at group meetings by taking and creating minutes, ensuring they are distributed quickly and action points are made clear to all committee members;
- Ensure that people are sent appropriate thank you letters for their support/extra help/fundraising on behalf of the IncludeME Committee;
- Prepare, store and distribute materials and publications to support the charity's activities.
Time and Place:
The office of IncludeME is situated within the Fife Voluntary Action building in Volunteer House, 69 Crossgate, Cupar. The Committee Meetings, however are held in St Andrews.
