This training course aims to raise awareness of drug overdose prevalance, risk factors, symptoms and effective intervention.
Successful completion of this course will provide:
Increased knowledge of drug overdose prevalance, risk factors, symptoms and effective intervention
Information on agencies in Fife for alcohol and drug support, includng the provision of Naloxone
Information on how to respond to individuals affected by, or at risk of, overdose
This course would suit anyone who would like to gain a basic awareness of issues surrounding overdose. This course in particularly aimed at those who work with the public and may come into contact with individuals who may be at risk of overdose.
