    On Wednesday 24 August 2016 at the Bay Hotel the third consecutive Know Your Network took place. This is a practitioner networking event for front-line employability staff in Fife.

    Fife Voluntary Action has been involved with planing the event on behalf of Opportunities Fife Partnership since the event started in 2014. The event is organised through a multi-partner planning group, consisting of FVA, Skills Development Scotland, Fife College, Working Links, DWP, Fife Council and Fife-ETC.

    Now a key event in the calendar for Fife’s employability sector, this year’s event has once again been successful with nearly 180 people attending across the day.

    Attendees benefited from a range of agenda items including:
    • 33 stalls showcasing a range of services;
    • Key speeches from Opportunities Fife Partnership, Scottish Government and DWP;
    • A choice of 15 different table hops; and
    • A choice of 10 different discussion topics.
    We’re delighted that over 99% of attendees who provided feedback said they would like to see future events like this. The full summary report along with all presentations from the event can be found in the links below.
