It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

This course is open to anyone that has an Individual Learning Account (ILA) but can be paid by an employer or in cash (contact details below for more information). If you are using your ILA account this must be in place before booking.

This full day training course will cover skills required to sit the SQA Health and Safety in a Construction Environment assessment. Trainees will find out if they have passed or failed on the day.

    •  If passed, then the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test will be booked at the nearest Pearson Vue testing centre; or
    •  If failed, then the candidate can be invited back for extra tuition and a re-sit of the initial assessment at no further cost.

CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry.

CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working in the construction sector have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out. Most principal contractors and major house builders require construction workers on their sites to hold a valid CSCS card as well as some landscaping, warehousing and industrial cleaning companies.

The Scheme’s application processing and contact centre is delivered under contract by CITB.
