    Created: 25/10/2016
    News/Events Category: General News

Fife Gingerbread are seeking votes for the Aviva Community Fund, as one of two Fife projects in the running.  The other project is FEAT's Friends of Silverburn.

Gingerbread are looking to fund ‘The Gateway Village’, which will be a continuation of The Gateway, a succesful partnership project currently running in Levenmouth.

The Gateway Village will support disadvantaged and marginalised families who live in the Levenmouth area to participate and develop a sense of pride in their community and create connections with organisations and agencies that can work with families to overcome barriers to inclusion and participation.

Family Fun Clubs will be pivotal to the project, they will increase time, opportunities and space for children to spend time with their parents away from the demands and restrictions of home life, increasing the chance to create positive memories and improved relationships.
