Kitbag for Schools and Families is a resource designed to help children be calm and relaxed, resilient and confident, by helping to build emotional wellbeing and positive relationships in school and in families.

Schools using Kitbag have reported that it brings out qualities like kindness and honesty in children, and it also encourages silence and reflection in a natural way.  This workshop is for anyone with primary age children.

    Workshop aims are:

    • to give you an introduction to the purpose and contents of Kitbag
    • to provide examples of how Kitbag has already been used in primary schools
    • to explore practical ideas for working with Kitbag in schools or families.
