This event is being organised by LGBT Health and Wellbeing
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.LGBT Health and Wellbeing welcome you to an informal social meet-up to meet with other trans, non-binary and intersex Fifers. If you are questioning your gender identity you are very welcome too.
A great opportunity to meet new people and make friends in a safe, informal, positive and relaxed environment. A changing area will be available.
This month will be a Confidence Workshop: Do you wish you had more confidence? SAMH is kindly delivering this hour long workshop and it will be informal, relaxed and interactive! It will help you tackle challenging situations without getting too anxious or stressed by offering tips and techniques to increase your confidence so you can take things in your stride!
Plenty of time for a chat and cuppa too of course!
