Fife Carers Centre Visits for Workers
Created: 06/01/2017Each month Fife Carers Centre (FCC) hold a briefing for workers and people interested in supporting carers about the work that they do.
The briefings aim to help those who come along understand more about carers in Fife and how FCC can help them to support the carers they come in to contact with in the course of their own work. It also offers an opportunity to network with other workers attending the briefing, something attendees have often found useful in the past.
Attendees also have the chance to pick up leaflets and other information to pass onto their colleagues or carers. They often find that the briefings lead to co-working on projects or ideas to improve things for carers.
The sessions are scheduled well in advance and take place at Fife Carers Centre in Kirkcaldy. If you would like to go along to one of these briefings you will need to book a place. Further information on the dates available and how to book can be found by clicking here.
These briefings can accommodate up to ten people in total but if you would like a briefing for your workforce/colleagues/interest group in your own venue please get in touch with them directly to arrange this.
