It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

With one in every four people across the UK suffering from poor mental health during their lifetime, it’s more important than ever that we equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools to keep ourselves mentally well.

A one-day course taking place in Grangemouth, Keeping Yourself Mentally Well will help you to do just that.

The interactive course will help you gain a deeper understanding of both mental wellbeing and mental illness within our society, and how it could impact those around you.

In a safe and welcoming environment you will learn the signs and symptoms of the more common forms of mental illness and treatments most commonly used, including medical and non-medical interventions.

By the end of the course you will not only know more about how to ‘stay well’ and enhance your own mental wellbeing, but you’ll also find out how you can support those close to you who are suffering from poor mental health.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance and supporting handouts.
