    Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £60.00 per person
    Places for non-voluntary sector delegates are £60.00 per person

    Do you suffer from anxiety and stress? Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health's (FDAMH) interactive training course could equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to manage your anxiety and emotions more effectively.

    An eight week course which takes place over two hours each Thursday, will help you gain a better understanding of what stress, anxiety and depression are and how you can manage them.

    Offering techniques to improve your day-to-day life, learn in a friendly, safe and welcoming environment with a skilled and trusted trainer.

    Understand what anxiety is and why it happens, and practise a range of relaxation techniques to find the best ones for you.

    Develop healthier ways of thinking, understand the principles of ‘Recovery’ and improve your ability to enjoy and take part in every-day life.
