NHS Fife has launched a campaign asking patients attending hospital to bring their medicines with them to hospital.

    The reasons for this are:

    • So staff have a complete record of all medicines you are taking
    • To ensure you receive the correct medicine at the right time
    • It will reduce wastage of medicines
