Mental Health and Stress Awareness – Training for Trainers
Created: 17/03/2017To mark national Mental Health Awareness Week in May this year, the Health Promotion Workplace team will be launching a project to support workplaces in Fife to understand more about the topic of mental health and stress.
They are inviting representatives from workplaces in Fife to attend a ‘Training for Trainers’ session.
The aim of this session is to:
This session is suited to all staff that may have an interest or responsibility for staff health and wellbeing including Managers, HR, Occupational Health, Health and Safety, Organisational Development, etc.
It would be useful if you have some experience or knowledge of delivering training already, although this isn’t crucial. What they cover on the day will be dependent on the knowledge and experience of the group so there may be room for some flexibility.
They anticipate that the outcome of the ‘Training for Trainers’ session will be workplaces delivering or incorporating elements of the session into their own in-house training offer.
They hope to be able to support this further beyond this session and start to build a network of people engaged in delivering this type of training in workplaces across Fife.
