    Post: Support Workers (Bank Staff) Chinese service

    Kingdom Support & Care CIC provides support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Support and Care Service provides a high quality, flexible service to people with a wide range of support and care needs.

    They are looking for individuals who are interested and committed to assisting older Chinese people living in Kirkcaldy to live an independent life.

    You will be part of a staff team providing support and care to older Chinese people in accordance with their aims, objectives, ethos and mission statement. You will play a key role in promoting social inclusion, maximising independence and choice for their service users.

    They are looking for individuals who have:

    • A motivated and flexible approach to work (which will include lone working, and weekend working);
    • Sound values and attitudes;
    • The ability to work with people in a positive and supportive manner;
    • The ability to work on a lone working basis;
    • Good communication skills - ability to communicate in Cantonese / Hakka / Mandarin

    If you have previous experience of working with vulnerable adults, this would be desirable.
