Salary: £19,402 - £21,380 per annum
Kingdom Housing Association are looking for a motivated and organised person to work in their Corporate Support Services department for an approximate 12 month period starting June 2017 to cover maternity leave.
You will work as part of the Corporate Resources Team providing a variety of corporate support services. Duties will include data input into the integrated HR and Payroll system as well as assessing and calculating employee pay entitlements, including adjustments and deductions, company and statutory sick pay entitlements and uncertified absence deductions incorporating legislation where applicable.
You will also be involved in all stages of recruitment and other general administrative duties. Ideally you should be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level and/or have relevant administrative experience, be able to demonstrate an aptitude for customer care, be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills and be IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages and other databases. You also need the ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadline.
