    Community Lunch Development Worker
    Part time - 21 hrs/wk
    Salary: £18,810 (pro rata)
    Fixed Term to
    31 March 2018 

    The post holder is expected to play an integral part in delivering the Friday drop-in community lunch service to help redress homelessness and food poverty within the Dunfermline community city area. As part of this service the post holder will work with recruited volunteers who have been either homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless to enable them to develop their skills to menu plan, budget, cook and serve a lunch meal to members of the community.  

    The role includes recruitment and supervision of volunteers to enable them to develop their skills and gain experience in the use of all equipment, awareness of health and safety, food hygiene procedures and customer service.
