    Post: Administrative Officer
    Dept: Asset Management
    Hours: 36 per week
    Salary: £19,402 - £21,380 per annum

    You will work as part of the Property Services Admin Team providing a variety of support services.

    Duties will include:

    • administration of gas servicing and planned maintenance programmes
    • assessing and adjusting the computer systems to ensure they are accurate and data is input
    • ensuring prepayment meters within void properties remain in credit
    • processing permission requests

    You will also assist with the preparation of statistics for reporting purposes and carry out a variety of other general administrative duties. Ideally you should be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level and/or have relevant administrative experience, be able to demonstrate an aptitude for customer care, be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills and be IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages and other databases.

    The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience of minute taking and a valid driving licence is desirable. In return for the above they will offer an attractive salary and benefits.
