    Location: There are four posts: Kirkcaldy, Fife, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Irvine, Ayrshire, and Paisley, Renfrewshire

    SPAEN seeks highly motivated Community Employment Specialists (CES) for their 'Employ[my]Ability' programme as part of the Journey2Employment Job Club.

    You will bring your lived experience of disability and a positive “can do” attitude to the role and will use your drive, determination, positivity and lived experience to the role and will work closely with the local JobCentre Plus; local employers and other community groups to identify and create volunteering and work experiences and opportunities for service users.

    You will support disabled people to identify skills and experience they can use in a work environment; help individuals to build their self-confidence, actively manage pre-existing conditions and assist them with their career goals through a range of supports and techniques.
