Applications can only be submitted using the online form.

A read only version of the form is available for you to download from the HM Treasury website and you are strongly advised complete your answers on a separate document, and then cut and paste them into the online form to reduce the possibility of losing work. If you are not entering and saving data the online form will time out after approximately an hour. This increases the risk of losing work.

Cadet Units are eligible to apply; but their application should be made through their parent organisation.

Eligible organisations can work with statutory or private sector organisations to deliver their project, but must be the lead applicant.

If your organisation has previously benefited from LIBOR funds you may still apply, however any funding awarded previously will be considered during the assessment process.
