Having recently merged with Patient Opinion, it now provides a single online service for people to share their experiences of health and social care services.
It's easy to use and whether your experience is good or bad, by feedback you can:
- Help develop and improve services;
- Give staff a feel for what patients are saying about the service.
Services in Fife are committed to using Care Opinion and to learning from the feedback recieved.
