    Created: 05/07/2017, Updated: 06/07/2017
    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 7.00-9.00pm, Tuesday 11 July 2017
Where: Hunter House, John Hunter Court (off St Brycedale Road), Kirkcaldy, KY1 1EQ
This event is being organised by Bipolar Scotland

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

If you live with Bipolar Disorder and you'd like to share information, advice and insights with other people who live with bipolar, please come along to Fife Bipolar Self-Help Group.

The group meets on the second Tuesday of every month and you're very welcome to join - no referral needed!

The group is equally open to friends, family, carers and partners of people with a bipolar diagnosis - anyone whose life has been affected by the condition. This is your chance to share advice and insights in a friendly non-clinical setting and meet new people. The group also has occasional guest speakers who can discuss bipolar disorder from a range of angles (e.g. pharmacists, psychiatrists, mindfulness, getting back into work, staying fit etc). It's free to attend and you don't have to be a Bipolar Scotland member to come along.
