Fife Bipolar Group - sharing advice and information
Created: 05/07/2017, Updated: 06/07/2017If you live with Bipolar Disorder and you'd like to share information, advice and insights with other people who live with bipolar, please come along to Fife Bipolar Self-Help Group.
The group meets on the second Tuesday of every month and you're very welcome to join - no referral needed!
The group is equally open to friends, family, carers and partners of people with a bipolar diagnosis - anyone whose life has been affected by the condition. This is your chance to share advice and insights in a friendly non-clinical setting and meet new people. The group also has occasional guest speakers who can discuss bipolar disorder from a range of angles (e.g. pharmacists, psychiatrists, mindfulness, getting back into work, staying fit etc). It's free to attend and you don't have to be a Bipolar Scotland member to come along.
