Hours: 21 per week
The successful applicant will:
Deliver an agreed project work plan to meet all funder aims whilst developing a new staff team to run alongside/integrate with the Disabled Persons Housing Service's existing Self Directed Support Options team.
Support the staff team to raise awareness and build relationships with disabled individuals, their carers and families, referral agencies including health and social care colleagues.
Ensure members of the public get the best service possible at the most appropriate point in their journey.
Supervise and develop team members, budget reporting, producing reports, presentations identifying good practice and being spokesperson for the new service.
This post requires someone who can work sensitively across sectors and who is comfortable communicating, presenting and representing the charity in a professional manner to committee level.
