Fife Cultural Trust is an ambitious charity; its vision is for Fife to be a culturally vibrant and rewarding place to live, work, study and visit.
They need a strong advocate for volunteering who will establish strategy, framework and procedures to embed volunteering across the work of museums, archives and galleries, working both within Fife Cultural Trust and with the Dunfermline Heritage Tourism Partnership.
The successful candidate will monitor and report on the Volunteering Development project and raise awareness of the role and the function of volunteers and promote volunteering within the organisations.
They will have previous experience of managing volunteers, be passionate about volunteering, have strong organisational skills, and be an effective advocate and motivator.
